We make sure our clients’ artistic expressions are protected by registering their work with the U.S. Copyright Office. We counsel clients on copyright and fair use issues.

Jeong Lee-Nago

Founding Partner

Ms. Lee-Nago is a intellectual property law specialist, concentrating on patent prosecution, technology licensing, freedom to operate and opinion work in a wide range of industries. She oversees product clearance work as well as patentability studies for clients to help them minimize their risks. She is also an expert in counseling clients on global patent issues and related strategies.

Rita H. Lin

Founding Partner

Ms. Lin focuses on patent and trademark issues encountered by startups and emerging growth companies, both domestic and international. She helps clients develop and implement forward-thinking IP strategiesthat would complement and empower her clients’ growth. She also has experiences counseling clients on China related IP issues, and works with foreign attorneys to protect clients’ overseas interests.
